According to a regulatory filing, the acquisition involves select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the Alpha Net Group). This deal is expected to provide access to key clients, strengthening Wipro's AI-led and consulting-driven application services business.
The deal will be executed through cash consideration of up to $70.8 million, which includes deferred payments linked to performance milestones. The acquisition is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. No regulatory approvals are required.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Santa Clara, California, the Alpha Net Group has a global presence across Singapore, India, the UK, and the Netherlands. Revenue from the select customers being acquired stood at $27.9 million in CY23, $34.4 million in CY24, and $37.3 million in CY25.

Wipro is set to report its Q4 FY26 results on April 16 after market hours. According to a CNBC-TV18 poll, the company's dollar revenue is expected to rise 1.1 percent sequentially to $2,666 million, while revenue in rupee terms is likely to grow 4.1 percent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 24,343 crore.
