Adani Energy Solutions Reports Strong Quarterly Performance
Adani Energy Solutions has reported a significant increase in quarterly net profit, driven by strong performance in its transmission business. The company's consolidated net profit rose 5.7 percent to Rs 683.8 crore in the quarter, up from Rs 647.2 crore reported in the same quarter last year.
The company's revenue also saw a substantial increase, with consolidated revenue rising 16.8 percent to Rs 7,443.3 crore in the quarter. This growth was largely driven by the strong performance of Adani Energy Solutions' transmission business, which reported a 26 percent increase in segment revenue to Rs 2,837.4 crore.

The company's capital expenditure (capex) for FY26 has increased by 1.24 times to Rs 14,232 crore, compared to Rs 11,444 crore in FY25. This increase is aimed at expanding the company's transmission, distribution, and smart metering infrastructure.
While the transmission business reported strong growth, the distribution business saw a decline in revenue and EBIT. Revenue from the distribution business fell 1.5 percent year-over-year (YoY) to Rs 2,868.7 crore, while EBIT fell 14 percent to Rs 467 crore.
For the full year, Adani Energy Solutions reported a strong 15.9 percent YoY growth in total income to Rs 28,325 crore in FY26. EBITDA also rose 12.7 percent YoY to a record Rs 8,726 crore, driven by the growth in the transmission and smart metering segments, as well as steady performance in the distribution business.
