AvenuesAI, a leading AI fintech company, has announced the development of a fully on-premise AI model through its subsidiary PhroneticAI, catering to companies that require data to be stored within their infrastructure. This strategic move by AvenuesAI marks its entry into the turnkey AI technology solutions space, targeting an emerging market for enterprise-grade, fully private generative AI infrastructure with small language models (SLMs).

According to a report by ANI, the company is developing an AI product, an on-premise SLM platform, which is built and deployed entirely within the client's premises. AvenuesAI is delivering a fully customized, centralized platform that spans the entire lifecycle of a Small Language Model, from pre-training on a client's proprietary data corpus to on-premise deployment complete with inference APIs, monitoring dashboards, and a continuous retraining loop.

The increasing concern over data security and privacy, not only for the general public but also for corporates, has prompted AvenuesAI to offer a private, on-premise SLM platform. This platform enables clients to operate independently, without relying on major global AI companies for data processing. As Vishal Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director of AvenuesAI Limited, pointed out, large corporates and organizations are wary of allowing global AI companies access to their data, even with guarantees of ethical, moral, or legal compliance.

The ANI report highlighted a recent incident in mid-2025 when Microsoft suspended cloud and email services for India's Nayara Energy due to compliance with European Union sanctions. The abrupt shutdown left a key takeaway that even paid, contracted services from global technology giants can be switched off for reasons outside a client's control. This episode underscores the importance of data security and privacy, which AvenuesAI's on-premise AI model aims to address.
