The project, located in Sector 71 on Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road, will be developed with an estimated investment of Rs 2,890 crore and is expected to generate Rs 4,000 crore in revenue, according to the company. Spread over 12.4 acres, the development will comprise 812 premium apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations across five towers.
