The issue will be entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by its existing promoter, MTGx Gaming Holding AB, which currently holds over 97 percent stake in the company.
The IPO will be managed by Axis Capital, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley as lead managers. This move is expected to be a significant milestone for Paysimple Games, which has been making waves in the casual mobile gaming space.

As of FY2025, it is the largest Indian pure-play casual mobile games company by revenue and ranked first globally, as well as in 78 countries, in mobile word games by downloads in calendar year 2025. The company accounted for approximately 14 percent of the 731 million global word game downloads during the year, based on Sensor Tower data.
The company owns and operates a portfolio of 30 live casual mobile games across five key categories—search, crossword, anagram, other word games, and non-word puzzles—as of December 31, 2025. Its portfolio includes popular titles such as Word Search Explorer, which ranked first in word games across 68 countries by downloads in 2025 and recorded an average of 1.96 million daily active users (DAUs).

During the year, total app downloads stood at 15.02 crore, compared to 7.15 crore in the previous year, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).
