Market Volatility Sees Key Stake Sales and Purchases
On April 10, Neomile Growth Fund, managed by Neomile Asset Managers, sold over a percent stake in Ratnaveer Precision Engineering, a stainless steel washers manufacturer, through open market transactions.
The sale saw significant volatility during the day, with high volumes. Ratnaveer Precision Engineering shares closed 1.64 percent higher at Rs 145.78.
According to bulk deals data, Neomile Growth Fund-Series I, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund, offloaded 7.24 lakh shares (1.06 percent stake) in Ratnaveer at Rs 145.01 per share, valued at Rs 10.5 crore. The fund had held a 2.54 percent stake in the company as of December 2025.
In a contrasting move, Anant Jain acquired 10 lakh shares (1.47 percent stake) in Ratnaveer for Rs 14.88 crore, at a price of Rs 148.8 per share.
The brisk action was also seen in Medicamen Organics, Megastar Foods, Vipul, and HMA Agro Industries.

In another significant transaction, Moneyplant Gold & Jewellery Trading LLC offloaded 24 lakh shares (1.7 percent stake) in real estate firm Vipul for Rs 2.41 crore at Rs 10.06 per share. However, Bal Krishan Chhabra picked up 14.66 lakh shares (1.04 percent stake) at the same price, valued at Rs 1.47 crore.
Moneyplant Gold & Jewellery Trading held a 6.59 percent stake in Vipul as of December 2025. Further, the company acquired 25.05 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake) in HMA Agro Industries at Rs 23.48 per share, amounting to Rs 5.88 crore.
The shares of Vipul and HMA Agro Industries closed at Rs 10.46 and Rs 23.75, respectively, on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.95 percent and 8.15 percent amid significant volumes.
