Under the partnership, PDA, led by cyber law expert Pavan Duggal, will serve as the exclusive legal partner to 63SATS across its full spectrum of offerings, including Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act compliance and cybercrime prosecution. This strategic partnership will cater to both 63SATS' B2B and B2C clients, providing end-to-end legal compliance, cybercrime response, and protection.
The partnership aims to deliver a single, unified shield that protects enterprises, governments, and consumers across the entire risk spectrum. According to a joint statement, both 63SATS and PDA will work together to provide clients with complete protection across the entire risk lifecycle. The partnership will benefit over 1.4 billion domestic consumers, in addition to enterprises and governments.
